Web Services Developer
9 Month Contract
Jacksonville, FL
This s a SERVICES based developer not a standard UI front end developer.
Development of services with integration to other internal and third party sites. XML and mq and good communication and technical writing skills are mandatory
The following are mandatory:
· Understanding of J2EE, MQ Series, IBM RAD, Apache Struts, Unix Shell Scripting, Database, Db2, SQL, HTML, JavaScript and XML technologies
· Extensive experience in esb (enterprise service bus), SOA (service oriented architecture), BPEL (Business process execution language), JAX RPC, Apache Axis and creating WSDLs
Skills:
· Candidate should have a bachelor's degree in related business area or equivalent work experience and 6 or more years of related work experience
· 1 or more years of experience in a technical lead role
· Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle, product development methodologies and system integration
· Experience with Unix (AIX) operating systems
· Understanding of coding design and documentation protocol as well as unit testing, change management and release procedures
· Demonstrated experience programming using Java J2EE language
· PC Skills
· Experience using SQL or similar query language
· Demonstrated experience using debugging tools - RAD
· Demonstrated experience using versioning tools (Clear case, )
· Experience using a report-writing tool
· Healthcare industry knowledge ( I would hire without but this very nice to have)
· Flowcharting tools (Visio)
· IBM Websphere Application server 6.0 experience
· 5-6 years of experience developing Web Based Services and SOA
· 5-6 years experience developing in Hibernate and Spring
· 6-10 years experience applying J2EE security, Concurrency, Transactions, Session Management, J2EE Patterns, and Frameworks to application solutions
· 6-10 years of J2EE, MQ Series, IBM RAD, Apache Struts, Unix Shell Scripting, Database, Db2, SQL, HTML, JavaScript and XML technologies

· Experienced applying J2EE security, Concurrency, Transactions, Session Management, J2EE Patterns, and Frameworks to application solutions
· 3-5 yrs of extensive experience with Apache Axis
· 3-5 yrs of extensive experience with BPEL
· 3-5 yrs of extensive experience with Esb
· 6-10 yrs subject matter depth and breadth in Java / Java 2 Standard Edition
· 3-5 yrs of extensive experience with JAX RPC
· 0-2 yrs subject matter depth and breadth in MSMQ
· 6-10 yrs of extensive experience with SOA
· 6-10 yrs subject matter depth and breadth in SQL
· 6-10 yrs subject matter depth and breadth in Web Services
· 3-5 yrs of extensive experience with WSDL
· 6-10 yrs subject matter depth and breadth in XML Schema
· 6-10 yrs subject matter depth and breadth in XML Transformations
· 6-10 yrs subject matter depth and breadth in UDB
· 3-5 yrs of working experience with Rational Rose
· 3-5 yrs of working experience with RUP methodology and Rational Tools
· 3-5 yrs of working experience with UNIX
· 6-10 yrs of extensive experience with Unix Shell Scripting
· 6-10 yrs subject matter depth and breadth in XML
· 3-5 yrs subject matter depth and breadth in MQ/Messaging
· 6-10 yrs subject matter depth and breadth WSAD
· SUN Certified JAVA Developer 2 Platform
