·         6- 10 years Strong J2EE, Oracle experience

·         Experience on working on support projects handling Critical Issues and working with offshore.

·         Experience on doing Knowledge Transition from external vendors

·         Experience working with other interfacing application vendors.

·         Strong documentation experience
