Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Brentwood, TN
Duration: 3-6 months contract
Rate: $50/hr all inclusive

REQUIRED Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent
10+ years of relevant experience in IT
5+ years as a PM, Business/Systems Analyst on IT projects
Healthcare industry experience .
Must have PMI certification
Must have experience using some Project Management methodology
Must have a thorough understanding and experience using Requirements Management process
Must have experience using a Change Control process
IT Revenue Operations experience - experience with development and support of Billing, Accounts Receivable and Cash Management applications.
Experience with HIPAA compliant EDI transactions ( 837, 835, 270, 271, 276, 277 ).
Experience with different software development life-cycles such as Agile and SCRUM.
Experience with Project Management and Requirements Management tools
Experience with web applications and SQL
Experience with Version Control tools like StarTeam / TFS
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage full life cycle application development projects as well as enhancements and maintenance of existing applications.
Develop and maintain project plans
Manage the Change Control process
Status reporting
Facilitate application design sessions and work with the development team during the development phase
Coordinate QA and User Acceptance Testing
Assist with quality assurance tasks, including test plan documentation, test data preparation, defect tracking/resolution, root cause analysis and resolution
Manage system implementation and roll out
User documentation and training
Production Support
SOFT SKILLS:
Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage within deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate technical issues clearly to audiences with varying levels of understanding
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment and to foster a positive work environment
Well developed time management, planning and organizational skills
