Requirements:
Create, define and document critical business requirements for large, complex systems project by writing BRD's and Interfaces. Serve as a critical member of a project team and interview subject matter experts, stakeholders and end users to ensure needs and expectations are met.
Develop clear, thorough functional requirements and use cases to ensure requirements are understood and no critical requirements are missed
Ensure requirements and test plans meet deadlines
Develop User Acceptance Test plans and scripts
Candidate should have Bachelors Degree with 3+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in the insurance industry/personal lines
Solid written and oral communication skills
Excellent time management and organization skills
Demonstrate a sense of urgency in order to effectively meet deadlines
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word. Project and Access a plus)
Experience with Agile methodology a plus

Position: Data Power Developer
Location: Dallas or Houston TX or Springfield IL
Duration: 6 Months
Required f2f interview after telephonic
Requirements:
Strong working knowledge / experience in designing, implementing and supporting DataPower XI50 solutions are required (including design and development of MPGs, WSPs and XML Firewalls with experience in support, troubleshooting and tuning)
Strong knowledge in any-to-any message transformation with advanced level of understanding / experience in XSLT is required; experience with Websphere Transformation Extender is desired
Experience in the analysis, architecture, documentation and promotion of messaging infrastructure solutions including the use of SOA solutions is desired (with emphasis on MQ and SOAP over HTTP message transportation protocols)
Strong working knowledge / experience with XML, XSLT, XSD, DTD and Namespaces required
Strong working knowledge / experience with SOA (Web Services, WSDL and SOAP) in J2EE implementations are required; in .NET is desired

Requirements:
WebSphere Portal V6 or higher - design and development experience (JSR-168, JSR-268, WSRP, etc.)
Web Service development experience (WSDL, SOAP, REST)
Server-side Java/J2EE, web-based application development (HTML, Javascript, AJAX, XML), Servlet/JSP development, J2EE framework development experience (Struts, JSF, Spring, Hibernate, etc.)
Experience in development of themes, skins, portlets, WCM taxonomy development; WCM authoring workflows preferred
Experience in Lotus Connections integration desirable
RAD, Portlet Factory, and/or Elipse IDE
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Requirements:
Experience as a developer for rule projects with good hands-on experience with Rule Studio, RES components
Strong working knowledge / experience in ILOG Jrules/BRMS solutions
Knowledge of RTS and DVS components of Jrules
Experience with implementation and documentation including detailed design, object models/graphs, rule flows, integration/interfaces, unit testing, code and performance aspects of the application
Ability to analyze the consistency=y and completeness of business rule project and report on them
Assist business users/business analysts in performance of testing and simulations with business rule artifacts
Strong knowledge of Java and XML

Experience with creating & consuming webservice
Working knowledge of XML data structures
Messaging experience(JMS and MQ) creating & consuming messages from WMQ
Experience with SDO specifications
Experience with WBIA adapters - JText and Database
Experience with installing & configuring the applications on the Websphere Process Server
Expertise in Java/J2EE programming
Have knowledge of SOA concepts
Experience with datamaps, interface maps
Experience with distributed applications
Experience working with N-tier architecture and configurations
Preferred:
Experience with Infomatica/Content Master
Experience with IBM Websphere Transformation Extender Strong communication skills
Experience working in a UNIX environment
Familiar with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL commands / procedures

Position: .Net developer
Location: Woodlands Hills, CA
Duration: Long Term
Required f2f interview after telephonic
Requirements:
TSQL is very important along with WCF
Experience in ASP.NET 2.0 and .NET 3.5 framework including Windows Communication Foundation.Strong javascript skills is a must. A working knowledge of Sql Server 2005 including experience in writing TSql is required.
The candidate should have experience in supporting live websites, preferably websites of finance companies.
Exposoure to content management systems like Tridion and Search engines like FAST will be considered as a plus.
Experience with ExtJs is preferable
