Location: Atlanta GA

Duration: Aug-15^th 2011 to Mar-31^st 2012

 

Skills Required:

·         IBM Netcool/Omnibus and Netcool/Impact

·         Server administration. Configuration, performance tuning, and problem determination.

·         Working knowledge on infrastructure components

·         Hands on Experience on Probe Rules, triggers and Impact policy writing.

·         Hands on experience on Webtop, creating maps, tools.

·         Hands on experience on ITNM

·         Should be open to work in shifts.

·         Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

·         Should have good team skills, learning skill and should be able to take task independently.

·         Should follow Process compliance while Executing tasks.

 

Secondary Skills:

·         Experience on CA Wily products

·         Sound Knowledge on IBM Tivoli Network Management and Netcool product suites

·         Good Knowledge on DB2, SQL and / or Oracle database
