Job Title	:	Senior developer
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	5-7 years of experience in various roles as core developer
Necessary Skills	:	Strong Spring experience Spring MVC  Java/JSP, XML, XSD, AJAX, JSON, jQuery, SOA, Web Services, WSDL  Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem solving skills  Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills  Ability to mentor others and work very closely with a larger development team of differing skill sets  Experience and understanding of test driven development  Experience with the scrum process Working knowledge of developing and testing high availability large volume systems and design Oracle and advanced level queries in SQL Other skills such as UNIX basic commands and Apache Ant Experience using test-driven development techniques including JUnit Agile methodology
Roles & Responsibilities	:	Requirement Analysis, technical design, code development, unit testing, System Integration testing. Developing complex functionalities, trouble shooting, coordination with other system groups
Generic Skills	:	Good Customer communication This candidate must have strong technical skills as well as be a good communicator, and have an eye for technical excellence. Individuals who are able to contribute in all aspects of the development lifecycle as well as being vocal, committed, passionate members of a highly collaborative agile team will excel.
