Wire Transfer Tester Skills Required
Assists in the preparation and conduction of Quality Assurance (QA) Systems Integration Testing (SIT) within the Wire Transfer and Global Demand Deposit business areas. Accountable for working as a member of a project team to ensure standard quality practices/processes are followed, design and execute test plans and procedures for SIT and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new or modified applications and/or systems in an environment of diverse development platforms, computing environments, software, hardware technology and tools. Participate in the creation of standard test environments, tests plans, and test scripts. May conduct acceptance testing of new or modified applications and systems and assist with modification of testing systems or tools. Documents all new or modified QA procedures and standards and assists in the development and implementation of QA metrics for assessing the quality of delivered applications and information systems. Receives general supervision and is competent to work on all phases of QA activities. Assist senior staff, providing resolution to an assortment of problems of moderately complex scope, related to Quality Assurance projects.
Proficient in Wire Transfer business, SWIFT, FED and CHIPS formats. Prior experience and familiarity with the ACI Application's (MTS), HP /Mercury's Quality Center and WinRunner, UNIX and Office of Financial Asset Control (OFAC) functionality and workflows. Strong inter-personal communications, writing skills, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. Systems applications programming and debugging, project management experience required.
