* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience
* 2-4 years experience developing interactive internet or intranet web applications using Java/J2EE technologies
* Experience with Java/J2EE, GWT, Oracle
Spring, Hibernate, HTML, JavaScript required
* Experience developing large internet web application highly desired
* Experience with Source Control, Eclipse, JBoss and BEA Weblogic a plus
* Strong communication skills
* Energetic self starter
* Effective in a team environment
Position: Sr. J2EE Developer
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Duration: 9 Months
Sr. J2EE Developer - RAD, Spring, SQL, DB2, UNIX, J2EE, Struts, Hibernate, Web Services
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
*Responsible for the detail design documentation, development, unit testing and maintenance of internally developed applications and externally purchased software products
*Write code for system designs that span platforms
*Code to and create Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
*Write code for enhancing existing programs or developing new programs
*Write detailed technical specifications for subsystems and identify integration points
*Perform unit testing and debugging and set test conditions based on code specifications
*Supports application throughout the Product Development life cycle
Position: Java Developer
Location: Trenton, NJ
Duration: 1 year
Description: At this point in time we are only looking for folks with WebSphere Process Server, ESB, and Integration Developer experience
Qualifications include:
• Experience with software design patterns and software architecture concepts required.
• Minimum five years of experience required in design and development of JEE applications.
• Minimum two to three years experience required on developing Webservices on both client and server side.
WebSphere Process Server, ESB, and Integration Developer experience
• Minimum two to three years experience with Messaging(MQ/JMS) based Integration applications.
• Understanding of SOA, ESB and knowledge of integration patterns a must.
Additional qualifications include:
• Knowledge of UML; ability to understand and produce UML diagrams preferred.
• Experience with Eclipse based IDE to develop JEE applications preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Java Standard API a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL; experience with DB2 and MS SQL Server is a plus.
• Familiarity with WebSphere products like WebSphere Integration Developer, WebSphere Process Server, and WebSphere MQ is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
• Good analytical, design and problem solving skills a must.
• Ability to work individually with minimum supervision a necessity.
• Must have strong written and oral communication ability; ability to present material to the audience.
• Strong interpersonal skills required.
Responsibilities include:
• Understanding and working from business and/or software requirements documentation.
• Creating new and modifying existing integration solutions.
• Participating in meetings with client to discuss business aspects of the solution.
• Participating in the technical design of solutions to meet business requirements.
• Developing, testing, debugging and documenting integration applications in accordance with architectural requirements and NJM practices and guidelines.
• Planning, initiating and conducting unit testing of solutions and support system testing as required.
• Supporting and troubleshooting production applications.
