For the grant of degree, u have minimum cgpa of 2.3 that you already have but also with the 72 credit hours but you did only 69. the report has 3 credit hours but it will not effect on the cgpa bcoz it has no cgpa contribution. so if you pass the report then you are able to collect the degree......
