Sham,

Udaasi,

Khamoshi,

Kuch kanker Talaab or main,

Har Shab Pakrey jate Hain,

Gehri Neend,

Tere Khuwab or main..

Wo gumaan gumaan sa Qayaas sa

kbhi door sa … kbhi paas sa

kbhi chandni main chupa hua

kbhi khushbuon main basa hua

kbhi sirf uski shabahatein

kbhi sirf uski hikayatein

kbhi sirf milne k silsile

kbhi sirf us se hain faasle

kbhi door chalti hawaon main

kbhi meenha barasti ghataon main

kbhi bad-gumaan … kbhi meherbaan

kbhi dhoop hai … kbhi sayebaan

Itna to mere haal par ehsan kiya kar,

Ankhon se mera dard pehchan liya kar,

Kuch sath de safar me bohat thak gaya hon mein,

Kuch pal hon tere saath meri maan liya kar,

Afsaney Mohabat k adhurey na chor tu,

Jurm-e-Wafa ka mujhse har bayan liya kar,

Muddat hui is AAS par thehra hua hon mein,

Bhulay se kabhi tu bhi mera naam liya kar

Kr apni zat se wabasta tu mujhe,
