Bonjour  , Mon nom est Christelle Desire, étudiante de 23 ans vivant en Côte-d'Ivoire, mais j'ai quitté l'école à cause de la crise poste electoral du 28 Novembre 2010, qui a conduit la guerre dans mon pays en 2011, mon père a été tué durant cette guerre le 17 avril de la même année, après un accord avec les assaillants qui a mal tournée il fut assassiné.  Après avoir tué mon père, un détachement de rebelles ont atterrir chez nous et ont atteind a la vie de  deux mes jeunes sœurs. Mon père était, le ministre de l'Intérieur: Mr Désiré Asségnini Tagro s'il vous plaît j'ai besoin de votre aide car je souffre ici. Je demande a votre confiance et même votre capacité a me venir en aide urgent!!!!!!!! Avant la mort de mon père il à épargné un peu d'argent. Mon père a déposé une partie, exprimée en montant de ( 5 millions de dollars) dans la caisse d'une Compagnie de securité. Pour des raisons de sécurité afin de s'assurer que l'argent puisses revenir a ses enfants.  Au cas ou il lui arrivait quelque chose, le fonds est déposé en angletere, depuis des années maintenant , j'ai toutes les informations sur la société dans laquelle l'argent est déposé , mon père m'a dit de garder cette information secrète et ne pas faire savoir à aucun membre de la famille à ce sujet car il n'avais pas confiance en eux. J'ai besoin de votre aide car je n'ai jamais  voyager à l'étranger, si vous m'aidez à prendre contact avec la société (engletere) afin de transférer l'argent dans votre pays , une fois que cela réussi  je viendrai auprès de  vous, de sorte que nous utilisons l'argent ensemble pour tout type d'investissement, et vous serez mon gestionnaire. pour que je puisse continuer mes études, Si vous avez accepté de m'aider, je suis prête à offrir 25% de compensation pour votre effort après la reprise du fonds et utiliser l'argent pour investir dans votre pays? Visiting the Blessed Mausoleum of the
Beloved Prophet SallAllahu Alayhi wa Sallam

I. Hadrat ibn 'Umar Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu reported that the Messenger of Allah SallAllaho Alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallam said,

من زار قبري وجبت له شفاعتي
"Whoever visits my grave, my intercession is guaranteed for him."

[al-Sunan al-Daraqutni (2:278) al-Kuna wa al-Asma' al-Dulani (2:64), Majma' al-Zawaid Haythami (4:2), al-Talkhis al-Habir Ibn Hajar al-Hafiz (2:267), Kanz al-'Ummal (15:651), Jadhb al-Qulub – Shaykh 'Abd al-Haq al-Dehlwi al-Muhaddith (204)]

II. Hadrat ibn 'Umar Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu reported that the Messenger of Allah SallAllaho Alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallam said,

من جاءني زائرًا لاتحمله حاجة إلا زيارتي كان حقًا علي أن أكون له شفيعًا يوم القيامة
"Whoever visits me without any avowed purpose other than my visit, it is incumbent upon me to be his intercessor on the Day of Resurrection."

[narrated by al-Tabarani in al-Awsat and al-Kabir (12:291) and al-Daraqutni and Majma' al-Zawa'id al-Haythami (4:2) and Ittihaf al-Sa'dah al-Muttaqin Sharh Ihya' 'Ulum al-Din al-Zubaidi (4:416) and Tafsir al-Durr al-Manthur al-Suyuti (1:237) and Kanz al-'Ummal Muttaqi al-Chishti al-Shadhili al-Hindi (Hadith no. 34928 (2:256) all references from Jami' al-Ahadith – Imam Ahmed Rida Khan compiled by 'Allama Hanif Khan Razvi Bareilly – Vol. 2 Page 268]

III. Hadrat ibn 'Umar Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu reported that the Messenger of Allah SallAllaho Alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallam said,

من حج فزار قبري بعد وفاتي فكأنما زارني في حياتي
"Whoever makes pilgrimage then visits me after my death it is as if he visited me in my life."

[narrated by al-Tabarani in al-Kabir (12:310) and al-Daraqutni (2:278) and al-Baihaqi in his al-Sunan al-Kubra (5:286) and in Mishkat al-Masabih Tabrezi (2756) and in al-Jami' al-Saghir Suyuti (2:523) and Jadhb al-Qulub - 'Abd al-Haq Dehlwi (205) and Ittihaf al-Sadah Zubaydi (4:416) and Kanz al-'Ummal (5:135) and Majma' al-Zawaid Haythami (4:2)]

IV. The Messenger of Allah SallAllaho Alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallam said,

من زارنى بعد موتى فكأنما زارنى فى حياتى
"Whoever visits my grave after my death is as those who visited me in my life."

[Narrated by al-Tabarani in al-Kabir (12:406) and al-Awsat (1:94) and al-Daraqutni (2:278)]

V. Hadrat Anas ibn Malik said that the Messenger of Allah SallAllaho Alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallam said,

من زارني في المدينة محتسبا كان في جواري وكنت له شفيعا يوم القيامة
"Anyone who visits me in Madinah for the sake of Allah is near me and I will intercede for him on the Day of Rising."

[al-Baihaqi and others as mentioned by Imam Qadi al-'Iyad in al-Shifa – Section 9 – "Concerning visit to the Prophet's grave..."]

VI. Hadrat Nafi' Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu said,

كان ابن عمر يسلم على القبر رأيته مائة مرة وأكثر يجئ إلى القبر فيقول السلام على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم السلام على أبى بكر السلام على أبى ثم ينصرف، وروى ابن عمر واضعا يده على مقعد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم من المنبر ثم وضعها على وجهه
"I saw that Hadrat ['Abdullah] ibn 'Umar Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhuma used to come to the blessed grave a hundred times or more. He would say, 'Peace be upon the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. Peace be upon Abu Bakr.'" Then he would leave. Ibn 'Umar was also seen to put his hand on the seat of the Prophet at the mimbar and then place his hand on his face .

[narrated in al-Shifa' – Section 9, and mentioned by Imam Ahmed Rida Khan the great Muhaddith and Mufassir and the Reviver of the Islamic sciences in his treatise "Abar al-Maqal – Page 3 and Jami' al-Ahadith – Vol. 2 Pg. 268]

VII. Hadrat 'Abdullah ibn 'Abbas Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhuma reported that the Messenger of Allah SallAllaho Alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallam said,

من زارني في مماتي كان كمن زارني في حياتي، ومن زارني حتى ينتهي إلى قبري كنت له يوم القيامة شهيدا أو شفيعا
"whosoever visits me (my grave) after my death is as he has visited me in my life and I shall be an intercessor and witness for him on the Day of Resurrection."

[Ittihaf al-Sadah (4:416) and al-Mughni Zain al-Din al-Iraqi (1:259) and Jadhb al-Qulub 'Abd al-Haq al-Dehlawi (205)]

NOTES:

1. To perform the ziyarah (visit) of the blessed shrine of the Messenger of Allah is near to Wajib (being necessary). [Fatawa-e-Razawiyyah, Bahar-e-Shari'at]

2. To perform Hajj and not to visit the blessed shrine of the Beloved Prophet is a sign of wretchedness.

English Translation of Al-Quran

[26].Surah Ash-Shuara [The Poets]

Ayat 81. Ibrahim PBUH said: "And Allah will cause me to die, and then will bring me to life (again);

Ayat 82. "And Who, I hope will forgive me my faults on the Day of Recompense, (the Day of Resurrection),"

Ayat 83. My Lord! Bestow Hukman (religious knowledge, right judgment of the affairs and Prophethood) on me, and join me with the righteous;

Ayat 84. And grant me an honorable mention in later generations; Ayat 85. And make me one of the inheritors of the Paradise of Delight;

Ayat 86. And forgive my father, verily he is of the erring; Ayat 87. And disgrace me not on the Day when (all the creatures) will be resurrected;

Ayat 88. The Day whereon neither wealth nor sons will avail, 

Tafseer of Ayat 81 to 88. It was firm belief of Ibrahim PBUH make him day "Allah will cause me to die, and then to life (again); "And who, I hope, will forgive me my faults on the day of Judgment. and he supplicate saying "O my Lord! bestow wisdom on me, and join me with the righteous; Having shown clearly the distinction between the False and the True, Abraham now shows in the form of a Prayer what his inmost wishes are. (1) He wants his soul enlightened with divine wisdom, and (2) his heart and life filled with righteousness; (3) he will not be content with working for himself or his own generation; his view extends to all future generations; (4) and of course he wishes to attain the goal of the righteous, the Garden of the Bliss of the Divine Countenance; but he is not content with this; for (5) he wants his father and relatives to share in his spiritual joy, so that he can proudly see all whom he can reach, in an honorable station (contrasted with disgrace) on the Day of Judgment and "Grant me honorable mention on the tongue of truth among the latest (generations); The whole of the passage about Abraham there may be compared with this passage. and "Make me one of the inheritors of the Garden of Bliss; "Forgive my father, for that he is among those astray; "And let me not be in disgrace on the Day when (men) will be raised up;- "The Day whereon neither wealth nor sons will avail, Now we have a vision of the Day of Judgment. Nothing will then avail except a pure heart; all sorts of the so-called "good deeds" of this world, without the motive of purity, will be useless. The contrast of the Garden of Bliss with the Fire of Misery will be plainly visible. Evil will be shown in its true colors -isolated, helpless, cursing and despairing, and all chances will then have been lost.

English Translation of Hadith  

Hazrat Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) said, "When one of you supplicates, let him be decisive and he should not say: `O Allah, bestow upon me such and such if You wish', because no one has the power to compel Him.''

[Al-Bukhari Book 08, Chapter 75, Hadith # 350]. 

Lesson : as mentioned above in Surah Ash-Shuara Ayat 83."My Lord! Bestow Hukman (religious knowledge, right judgment of the affairs and Prophethood) on me, and join me with the righteous" One should pray to Allah will full confidence that He will answer his prayers. One should also persist in praying and never give in to despair.
