Client is looking for 13 BSA for a 6+ months contract in MN. We have an Exclusivity of the first crack at these opportunities, but we need to provide QUALITY resources to the client QUICKLY…or it could get opened up to competition.

Below is the baseline of experience that we need in addition to the specific experience with TMG Facets or Nasco.

Sr. BSA Role Description

Experience:

- min. 7 years BSA experience (PM, System Analyst or Developer experience does not count)

- Healthcare experience required

Technical Skills:

- RUP methodology experience (negotiable if experienced enough)

- Translation of business requirements into detail requirements artifacts

- Document requirement artifacts that are focused on the business (e.g. business requirements, rules, processes, use cases, modeling, etc.) and the technology/solution (e.g. lower level use cases, system

interfaces, data mapping, file transfers, etc.)

- Ability to document requirements in a variety of artifact types – not just use case experience – integration specifications, file transfer specifications, page specifications, etc.
