Quality Engineer

• Investigate and analyze causes of scrap, rework and warranty work to determine root cause; develop/and assist with implementation of modifications of processes and procedures to improve quality or meet quality standards at lower costs.

Analyze data and propose countermeasures for improvement. • Develop and create written inspection procedures along with forms and instructions for recording and reporting quality data. • Establish Calibration programs to evaluate precision and accuracy of production and testing/measurement equipment. • Perform and review Internal Quality Audits.

• Ability to read and interpret complex manufacturing drawings. • Strong understanding and application of Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances. • Extensive experience in use and application of inspection, testing and measuring equipment. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
