Project Title: Information Technology Analyst to work with County Application Development.
Project Scope: Development on in-house software development project.
Role Definition: Under the direction of the Project Manager provide the following assistance:
1. Requirements gathering and analysis to develop new features on product
2. Design, build, test, implement, and help maintain software application using Microsoft .NET (C#), Microsoft SQL Server, and MSMQ
3. Work well in a team environment.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills
5. Develop and maintain technical documentation
Mandatory requirements: Demonstrated experience with enterprise document/content management systems using:
• Good understanding of Object Oriented principles.
• C#: Application Development.
• Microsoft SQL Server development: SQL, DDL, Trigger and Stored Procedure development in .NET.
• Microsoft Message Queue.
• Model View Controller design pattern.
• Cisco UCCE (CTI OS Custom Call Center Agent development, Campaign Manager).
• IP Multicast experience.
• Good understanding of Multi-tier application development.
• Basic understanding of UML.
• XML/XML Schema/XSLT/XML Data Binding (Liquid XML product).
• Infragistics Control package.
• Windows Service development and debugging.
• Web Service development and debugging.
Desirable Requirements: Education and experience in working with:
• Experience with a government collections agency.
• Knowledge of accounting practices.
• Experience working with a clustered SQL 2008, MSMQ environment.
• Pick database experience.
• Project management practices.
• Problem management practices.
• Change management practices.
• Software Installer creation.
