Business Analyst with Salesforce.com experience to work on client projects
Required Skills
•5 years minimum in Salesforce.com administration, business systems analysis and implementation.
•2 years as a Business Analyst defining requirements, creating design concepts and creating design specifications.
•Salesforce.com Certified Administrator would be preferred.( Would be added advantage )
• Extensive experience interpreting user needs and writing or editing functional specifications for new systems, systems changes or system enhancements.
• Can quickly learn the functionality of packaged applications and understand how to implement and configure them to meet complex business requirements.
• Solid functional understanding of the Sales and/or Partner relationship management business processes.
• Technical or functional experience with Salesforce.com SFA, CRM and/or PRM application capabilities including Campaign, Contact, Account, Lead, Opportunity Management, Forecasting and Partner Management.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and written communication skills to frequently interact with all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work both independently and within cross functional project teams that span multiple time-zones

Salesforce Developer
Work Location : San Jose , CA

Required Skills
• 6 or more years of demonstrated development and design experience required
• Capable of working with technical teams and senior architects to finalize architecture specifications and create design as it relates to the customization and/or integration of a CRM system
• Capable of recommending alternate choices, trade-offs, and impact analysis
• Experience with Software-as-a-Service and/or cloud-based concepts
• Solid understanding of and experience with Salesforce.com , APEX, and Visualforce
• Proficiency in HTML, XML, Flex, JavaScript, SQL, Java or C#, SOAP-based web services
• Skilled with data modeling, process modeling, and version control systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong capabilities performing independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow an agile or iterative software development methodology
• Experience packaging and promoting code between environments
• Excellent unit testing abilities with strong attention to detail
• Salesforce.com Certified Developer a plus
