Position: Windows Release/Build Engineer
Location: Bentonville, AR
Interview Process: Telephonic and Webcam

Primary Must have Skills: MSCCM, OSD, MDT for WIN 32/64 bit across Win 7.3 and XP platforms along with Power Shell. Exposure to Win 2008 R2 is desired.
The requirement is for a build release engineer with exposure to SMS (Systems Management Server) or SCCM (Systems Center Configuration Manager).

Job Description Details:
Create Imaging Strategy.
Develop three stage migration process to migrate off existing deployment tool-set:
Stage 1, Move from Ghost to SCCM deployment tools
Stage 2, Rebuilds using DVD/USB Media
Stage 3, Automatic Builds from the network
·         Migrate all existing ghost images to the Windows Imaging Format in order to allow them to be properly deployed;
·         Identify what core settings have changed or set in the old images (documented and undocumented changes);
·         Split out the different types of images creating script-driven installations that will then be used together with the generic image
·         Core applications that will go into the reference image will need to be reviewed and repackaged
·         Develop a migration strategy to allow User-State migration (saving and restoring all applicable user settings at migration).
·         Provide training, resources and documentation to Infrastructure teams.
·         Operating system deployment using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
·         Experience building, testing, & deploying Windows operating systems into large-scale environments (including: Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 7 Embedded, & Windows Server 2008 R2)
·         Proficient Scripting skills (including vbscript, batch scripting, & PowerShell)

An immediate opportunity exists for a candidate with solid experience in performance testing within an automated environment, to join our team. Due to an unprecedented period of growth, we have a LONG-TERM PROJECT/CONTRACT opportunity in the SACRAMENTO, CA for a PERFORMANCE TEST LEAD.

Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will work with the internal project teams to identify and finalize performance requirements and develop performance test plan for the release

Candidate will work to provide requirements for performance test bed and develop performance test scripts using HP LoadRunner

Candidate will assess test readiness and conduct performance testing

Work with Application/Architecture/Operations team for debugging/analyzing performance problems

Prepare performance test results, summary and recommendations documents for client

Conduct walkthrough of the performance results/problems to the client

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience with LoadRunner focusing on developing performance test scripts

Strong programming/scripting experience is a plus

Experience in conducting performance test for Documentum applications is a plus

Excellent communication skills

Ability to guide/manage a performance test engineers within the team.

Candidates must be detail oriented and possess the ability to problem solve and work within a teamwork environment. Must show a commitment to excellence and posses strong communication skills.

We are looking for a Web Analytics Analyst for a contract position with our client in New York City, NY. The rate Depends on Experience and my client accepts anyone who is authorized to work in the United States (US Citizen, Green Card, H1-B Visa, etc)

This position requires high level consulting skills and strong marketing analytics experience to provide strategic direction and insight driven analysis. In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and CRM disciplines (including general online media, marketing, advertising, direct marketing, customer care, etc) is a plus.

The Web Analytics Analyst is responsible for designing and implementing measurement frameworks for both online and offline programs and gather and interpret website and customer behavior data. This analyst position is responsible for the overall site audit and review to ensure programs and tagging are set-up correctly. Responsible for creating dashboards and reports in addition to providing analysis and recommendations.
