Minimum 5 years of solid software programming experience in developing web applications in a J2EE environment using IBM Rational Application Developer IDE. More specifically, VXML, service-oriented architecture, object-oriented design, XSLT, Java and J2EE experience are all a plus.
Excellent knowledge using the Spring framework for web applications and CVS
Good knowledge on Struts, MVC, HTML , JSP, Open source Java frameworks and technologies, such as Apache Common utility, Ant build file, Junit testing
Should have good experience in Database SQL query, JDBC programming, Basic Design Patterns and software development methodology.

PREFERRED:

Knowledge in IVR applications using VoiceXML (VXML).

دل کا تالا اور چابی

کہتے ہیں کہ سخت ٹھٹھرا دینے والی سردی میں کسی جگہ کچھ خار پُشت بیٹھے تھے۔

سردی سے سے اُنکا بُرا حال ہو رہا تھا۔

تھوڑی سی حرارت پالینے کی طمع میں ایک دوسرے کے قریب آئے تواُنکے جسموں پر لگے کانٹے ایک دوسرے کو زخمی کرنے لگے۔

دوبارہ ایک دوسرے سے پیچھے ہٹ کر بیٹھے توپھر سردی مارنے لگی۔

کوئی سمجھ نہیں آ رہی تھی کہ ایک دوسرے سے چپک کر بیٹھیں تواپنے کانٹوں سے ایک دوسرے کو زخمی کریں یا دور دور جا کر بیٹھیں اور سردی سے ٹھٹھر کر مر جائیں؟

بالآخر انہوں نے اس حقیقت کو پا لیا کہ

قربت ہو مگرایک حد کے اندر رہ کر،

ایک دوسرے کی حرارت تو پہنچتی رہے مگر اس احتیاط کے ساتھ کہ

ایک دوسرے کے کانٹے چبھ کر درد و الم کا باعث بھی نا بننے پائیں۔

اور دوری بھی ہو تو اتنی کہ

موسموں کی حدت و شدت اور امن و امان کا مسئلہ نا بننے پائے۔

اور اسی طرح ہی تو انسانوں کی دُنیا میں ہمیں کرنا چاہیئے

کیونکہ لوگ بھی تو خار پشتوں کی طرح ہی ہوتے ہیں۔

اپنے جسم پر لگائے ہوئے غیر مرئی کانٹوں کے ساتھ۔

یہ کانٹے ہر اُس شخص کو چبھ کر زخمی کر دیتے ہیں

جو بغیر کسی ضابطے کے نزدیکیاں چاہتے ہوں،

اور دوریوں کی اذیت اور فراق کے الم بھی مار ڈالتے ہیں

جب لوگ بغیر کسی حساب کے دوریاں رکھنا چاہتے ہوں۔

دیکھ لینا چاہیئے کہ

لوگوں سے میل جول اور معاملات میں کسقدر بے تکلفی مناسب رہے گی

تاکہ قربت کے فوائد سے زیادہ اذیت نا اُٹھانی پڑ جائے

یا پھر دوری سےتعلقات پر اوس ہی نا پڑنا شروع جائے۔

دانا شخص وہی ہے جو ان دانشمند خارپشتوں کی حکایت سے یہ سبق سیکھے کہ:

قربت سےتعلقات میں اُنسیت و محبت کی حرارت تو لیجیئے اور دیجیئے

مگر اس بات کو ملحوظ خاطر رکھتے ہوئے کہ

قربت اتنی زیادہ بھی نہ ہو کہ جسموں پر لگے ہوئے غیر مرئی کانٹے بدن میں چبھ کر تعلقات کو ہی مجروح کر کے رکھ دیں۔

اس میں کوئی شک نہیں ہے کہ ہم اس معاشرے میں اپنے دوستوں کے ساتھ پرجوش تعلقات رکھ کر جینا چاہتے ہیں جو ہماری خوشی اور غمی میں ہمارے کاندھوں کے ساتھ کاندھا ملا کر کھڑے ہوں۔ جن کے محبت بھرے بول ہمارے کانوں میں حلاوت بن کر اُترا کریں اور ان کی ہمدردی اور غمگساری کے الفاظ ہمارے دلوں کو تقویت اور سہارا دیا کریں۔

یہ ٹھیک ہے کہ

آپ کے دل میں آپ کے دوستوں کیلئے ایک گہری محبت ہے مگر

بلا ضرورت، بے ترتیب اور بے محل ملاقاتوں یا قربتوں سے کسی کے معمولات میں حرج کا خدشہ رہے گا۔ اور پھر یہ ملاقاتیں اور قربتیں کہیں اُکتاہٹ اور دل بھر جانے کا سبب نہ بن جائیں۔ اور اسی طرح ہی تو قرابت داریاں اور تعلقات ناقابل برداشت رنج و الم اور دکھوں ، پریشانیوں میں بدل جایا کرتے ہیں۔

پیارے دوست۔ اچھا طرح دیکھ لے اور اطمینان کر لے کہ تیرے دل کے دروازے پر تالا بھی لگا ہوا ہے کہ نہیں؟ ایسا تو نہیں کہ جس کا دل چاہتا ہے وہ اس گھر میں آ جا سکتا ہے چاہے وہ تیری دوستیوں کے معیار پر پورا اُترنے والا ہے بھی یا کہ نہیں؟

اس دنیا میں رہنے اور بسنے کیلئے اس دنیا کے باسیوں سے راہ و رسم، ناطے اور تعلقات اور دوستیاں رشتے داریاں تو رکھنی اور بنانی پڑیں گی مگر مناسب فاصلہ رکھ کر۔ لوگوں کی غداریوں اور مکر و فریب سے بچ اور بچا کر۔

ہمیشہ یہی ذہن میں رکھتے ہوئے کہ انسان بھی تو خارپشت کی مانند ہیں کہ زیادہ قربت داری اور ملت مارے گی اور زیادہ دوری بھی جان لے لے گی۔
