Position: SAP-ISU with CRM
Duration: 5 month contract + extensions
Location: Lawrenceville, GA
SAP-ISU Applications Specialist (with or without SAP- ISU FICA)
This position will work with other ISU Consultants and be responsible for the maintenance and support of the SAP-ISU production system with a CRM Winclient as the front-end or with CRM Web-UI as the frontend. (We are currently in the process of upgrading to CRM 7.0 with Web-UI as the front-end.) Experience with Web-UI preferred.
Details:
• Gather, analyze, and configure the SAP-ISU system.
• Build functional specifications for projects.
• Be responsible for maintenance and support of the SAP-ISU production system.
• Assist in the training of IT support personnel and end users.
• Document configuration.
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in production environment similar to Gwinnett County.
• Water utility experience required.
Skills:
• Mastery of the IS-U data model and standard industry processes
• Strong understanding of the Billing and Invoicing, Device Management, and FI-CA components, with system configuration experience
• Knowledge of SAP FI module with background in GL postings with multiple COA and Company codes.
• Experience in the areas of integration of IS-U with other SAP systems, mainly Materials Management, Plant Maintenance, Funds Management, Finance and CRM
• Solid knowledge of FICA including forward posting via reconciliation key, ISU integration with ECC FI module, forward posting to GL, settlements and balance sheet reconciliation – 2 years minimum
• Ability to readily comprehend the configuration and design of the production system
Required-CRM-UI experience
• The candidate should have configuration knowledge of Organizational structure, Navigation bar, business roles, interaction record, inbox, alerts, broadcast messaging, activity clipboard profile, configuring global document types, links for content repositories, FCC UIs, transaction launcher, case types, categories, linked cases, partner determination, statuses, activities, escalation, attach documents, FCC-related fact sheets, Web UI customization
Required – ISU experience
• Hands-on with ISU configuration for one or more modules within ISU including DM, BI and FICA.
• Conversant with delta changes between 4.71 and ECC 6.0, implementation experience and skills in interfacing external system with ISU.
• Knowledge of configuring FICA charges, billing rates, fees and interest.
• Experience on PWB integration within ISU, knowledge of open item and billing line item configuration.
