ملٹی نيشنل خواہشيں

پچهلی گرميوں کا آخری مہينہ ميں نے اپنے بهانجے جاويد کے گهر گزارا- اُس کے گهر ميں ايک بڑا اچها
سوئمنگ پول ہے۔اُس کا ايک چهوٹا بيٹا ہے۔اُس کے بيٹے کا ايک چهوٹا کُتّا "جيکی" ہے- ميں کُتّوں بارے
ميں چونکہ زيادہ نہيں جانتا اس ليے اتنا سمجه سکا ہوں کہ وہ چهوٹے قد کا نہايت محبّت کرنے والا اور
تيزی سے دُم ہلانے والا کُتّا ہے-جيکی کی يہ کيفيت ہے کہ وہ سارا دن کهڑکی کی سل پر اپنے دونوں
پنجے رکه کر کهڑکی سے باہر ديکهتا رہتا ہے اور جب آوارہ لڑکے اسے پتهر مار کر گُزرتے ہيں تو وہ
بهونکتا ہے- جب آئس کريم کی گاڑی آتی ہے تو اُس کا باجا سُنتے ہی وہ اپنی کٹی ہوئی دُم بهی "گنڈيری"
کی طرح ہلاتا ہے اور ساته بهونکنے کے انداز ميں " چوس چوس" بهی کرتا ہے (شايد اُسکی آرزو ہو کہ
مجهے اس سے کچه ملے گا)- پهر جب غبّارے بيچنے والا آتا ہے تو وہ اُس کےلئے بهی ويسا ہی پريشان
ہوتا ہے اور وہ منظر نامہ اُس کی نگاہوں کے سامنے سے گُزرتا رہتا ہے- پهر جس وقت سکول سے اُ س
کا محبوب مالک توفيق آتا ہے تو پهر وہ سل چهوڑ کر بهاگتا ہےاور جا کر اُس کی ٹانگوں سے چمٹتا ہے۔
شام کے وقت جب وہ سوئمنگ پول ميں نہاتے ہيں اور جب اُس کُتّے کا مالک، اُس کا ساتهی توفيق چهلانگ
لگاتا ہے تو وہ (جيکی) خود تو اندر نہيں جاتا، ليکن جيسے جيسے وہ تالاب ميں تيرتا ہوا آگے جاتا ہے-
جيکی بهی اُس کے ساته آگے بهاگتا ہے اور تالاب کے اِرد گِرد " پهرکی" کی طرح چکر لگاتا ہے، غرّاتا
ہے، بهونکتا ہے، پهسلتا ہے اور پانی کے سبب دُور تک پهسلتا جاتا ہے- ميں اس قيام کے سارے عرصہ
ميں اسے ديکهتا رہا کہ يہ کيا کرتا ہے- پهر ميں نے بچّوں کو اکٹّها کرکے ايک دن کہا کہ آؤ اس جيکی کو
سمجهائيں کہ تم تو اس طرح بهاگ بهاگ کے ہلکان ہو جاؤ گے، زندگی برباد کر لو گے- بچّوں نے کہا اچها
دادا- اور اُن سب نے جيکی کو بُلا کر بٹهايا اور اُس سے کہا کہ جيکی مياں دادا کی بات سُنو-ميں نے جيکی
سے کہا، ديکهو وہ (توفيق) تو تيرتا ہے۔ وہ تو انجوائے کرتا ہے۔ تم خواہ مخواہ بهاگتے ہو،پهسلتے ہو اور
اپنا مُنہ تُڑواتے ہو۔ تم اس عادت کو چهوڑ دو ليکن وہ يہ بات سمجها نہيں- اگلے روز پهر اُس نے ايسے ہی
کيا، جب اُس کو ميں سمجها چکا اور رات آئی اور ميں ليٹا ليکن ساری رات کروٹيں بدلنے کے بعد بهی
مجهے نيند نہ آئی تو ميں نے اپنا سر ديوار کے ساته لگا کر يہ سوچنا شروع کيا کہ ميرے بيٹے نے جو سی
ايس ايس کا امتحان ديا ہے کيا وہ اس ميں سے پاس ہو جائے گا؟ پوتا جو امريکہ تعليم حاصل کرنے کے
لئے گيا ہے کيا اُس کو ورلڈ بينک ميں کوئی نوکری مل جائے گی؟ ہمارے اوپر جو مقدّمہ ہے، کيا اُس کا
فيصہ ہمارے حق ميں ہو جائے گا اور وہ انعامی بانڈ جو ہم نے خريدا ہے،وہ نکل آئے گا کہ نہيں؟ ميری
ميری آرزوئيں، ميری ميری تمنائيں اور ،Desires اتنی ساری بے چينی اور يہ سب کچه جو مل کر ميری
خواہش گڈمڈ ہوگئيں تو ميں نے کہا کہ ميں بهی کسی صورت ميں جيکی" سے کم نہيں ہوں۔ جس طرح وہ
بے چين ہے، جيسے وہ تڑپتا ہے، جيسے وہ نا سمجهی کے عالم ميں چکر لگاتا ہے، تو حالات کے تالاب
کے اِرد گِرد ميں بهی چکر لگاتا ہوں تو کيا ميں اس کو کسی طرح روک سکتا ہوں، کيا ميں ايسے سيدها
چل سکتا ہوں جيسے سيدها چلنے کا مجهے حُکم ديا گيا ہے- ميں جيسے پہلے بهی ذکر کيا کرتا ہوں، ميں
نے اپنے بابا جی سے پوچها کہ جی يہ کيوں بے چينی ہے، کيوں اتنی پريشانی ہے، کيوں ہم سکونِ قلب
کے ساته اور اطمينان کے ساته بيٹه نہيں سکتےہيں تو اُنہوں نے کہا کہ ديکهو تم اپنی پريشانی کی پوٹلياں
اپنے سامنے نہ رکها کرو، اُنہيں خُدا کے پاس لے جايا کرو، وہ ان کو حل کردے گا- تم انہيں زور لگا کر
خود حل کرنے کی کوشش کرتے ہو، ليکن تم انہيں حل نہيں کر سکو گے-
ميں جب چهوٹا تها تو ہمارے گاؤں ميں ميری ماں کے پاس ايک بوڑهی عورت آيا کرتی تهی، ہم اسے تائی
سوندهاں کہتے تهے- اُس کے پاس چهوٹی چهوٹی پوٹلياں ہوتی تهيں- وہ ميری ماں کے پاس بيٹه جاتی اور
ايک ايک پوٹلی کهول کے دکهاتی کہ بی بی يہ ہے- کسی پوٹلی ميں سُوکهے بير ہوتے، کسی ميں سُوکهی
لکڑياں، جيسے مُلٹهی ہوتی ہے، وہ ہوتيں- وہ کہتی کہ اگر ان لکڑيوں کو جلاؤ تو مچهر نہيں رہتا، کسی
پوٹلی ميں چهوٹے چهوٹے پتهر ہوتے تهے، کسی ميں بڑ کے درخت سے گری ہوئی "گوليں" ہوتی تهيں س کے پاس ايسی ہی سُوکهی چيزوں کی بے شمار پوٹلياں ہوتی تهيں، اُن ميں کوئی بهی کام کی چيز نہيں
ہوتی تهی، ميرا يہ اندازہ ہے اور ميری ماں کا بهی يہ اندازہ تها- ميری ماں کہتی کہ نہيں سوندهاں مت
کهول ان کو ٹهيک ہے اور ميری ماں اُسے کچه آٹه آنے، چار آنے دے ديتی تهی- اُس زمانے ميں آٹه چار
آنے بہت ہوتے تهےاور وہ دعائيں ديتی ہوئی چلی جاتی تهی- اُس کی کسی کے حضور پوٹلياں کُهل کر يا نہ
کُهل کربهی اُس کو بہت فائدہ عطا کرتی تهيں- اور ميرا بابا مجه سے يہ کہتا تها کہ تُو اپنی پوٹلياں الله کے
پاس لے جا، ساری مشکلات کسی وقت بيٹه کر ديوار سے ڈهو لگا کر کہو کہ اے الله يہ بڑی مشکلات ہيں
يہ مجه سے حل نہيں ہوتيں- يہ ميں تيرے حضور لے آيا ہوں-
ميں چونکہ بہت ہی پڑها لکها آدمی تها اور ولايت سے آيا تها، ميں کہتا، کہاں ہوتا ہے خُدا؟ اُس نے کہا، خُدا
ہوتا نہيں ہے، نہ ہو سکتا ہے، نہ جانا جاتا ہے، نہ جانا جا سکتا ہے اور خُدا کے بارے ميں تمہارا ہر خيال
وہ حقيقت نہيں بن سکتا ليکن پهر بهی اُس کو جانا جانا چاہيے- ميں کہتا تها کيوں جانا جانا چاہيےاور آپ اس
کا کيوں بار بار ذکر کرتے ہيں، آپ ہر بار اس کا ذکر کرتے ہيں اور ساته يہ بهی فرماتے ہيں کہ نہ جانا
جاتا ہے اور نہ جانا جا سکتا ہے، کہنے لگے کہ پرندہ کيوں گاتا ہے اور کيوں چہچہاتا ہے، اس ليے نہيں
کہ پرندے کے پاس کوئی خبر ہوتی ہے، کوئی اعلان ہوتا ہے، يا پرندے نے کوئی ضميمہ چهاپا ہوا ہوتا ہے
کہ "آگئی آج کی تازہ خبر" پرندہ کبهی ضميمے کی آواز نہيں لگاتا، پرندہ اس ليے گاتا ہے کہ اُس کے پاس
ايک گيت ہوتا ہے اور ہم خُدا کا ذکر اس لئے کرتے ہيں کہ پرندے کی طرح ہمارے پاس بهی اُس کے نام
اور اتنے عميق نہيں جائيں گے اُس وقت تک Deep کا گيت ہے- جب تک آپ اس ميں اتنے گہرے، اتنے
تمہارا يہ مسئلہ حل نہيں ہو گا- ليکن ميں اپنی تمام تر کوششوں کے باوجود اور بہت زور لگانے کے با
وصف "جيکی" کی طرح بے چين ہی رہا اوراپنے حالات کے تالاب کے اِرد گِرد ويسے ہی بهاگتا رہا،
چکر کاٹتا رہا جيسے کہ جيکی ميرے پوتے کے اِرد گِرد بهاگتا ہے-
کہتے ہيں کہ ايک چهوٹی مچهلی نے بڑی مچهلی سے پوچها کہ"آپا يہ سمندر کہاں ہوتا ہے؟" اُس نے کہا
جہاں تم کهڑی ہوئی ہو يہ سمندر ہے- اُس نے کہا، آپ نے بهی وہی جاہلوں والی بات کی۔ يہ تو پانی ہے،
ميں تو سمندر کی تلاش ميں ہوں اور ميں سمجهتی تهی کہ آپ بڑی عمر کی ہيں، آپ نے بڑا وقت گزارا
ہے، آپ مجهے سمندر کا بتائيں گی- وہ اُس کو آوازيں ديتی رہی کہ چهوٹی مچهلی ٹهہرو،ٹهہرو ميری بات
سُن کے جاؤ اور سمجهو کہ ميں کيا کہنا چاہتی ہوں ليکن اُس نے پلٹ کر نہيں ديکها اور چلی گئی- بڑی
مچهلی نے کہا کہ کوشش کرنے کی، جدّوجہد کرنے کی، بهاگنے دوڑنے کی کوئی ضرورت نہيں ہے،
آنکهوں کے ساته ديکهنے کی ضرورت ہے- مسئلے کے اندر اُترنے کی Straight ديکهنے کی اور
ضرورت ہے- جب تک تم مسئلے کے اندر اُتر کر نہيں ديکهو گے، تم اسی طرح بے چين و بےقرار رہو
گےاور تمہيں سمندر نہيں ملے گا-
ميرے "بابا" نے کہا يہ بڑی غور طلب بات ہے- جو شخص بهی گول چکروں ميں گهومتا ہے اور اپنے
ايک ہی خيال کے اندر"وسِ گهولتا"ہے اور جو گول گول چکر لگاتا رہتا ہے، وہ کُفر کرتا ہے، شِرک کرتا
ہے کيونکہ وہ اِهدِناالصّراطَ المُستَقيم (دکها ہم کو سيدها راستہ) پر عمل نہيں کرتا- يہ سيدها راستہ آپ کو ہر
طرح کے مسئلے سے نکالتا ہے ليکن ميں کہتا ہوں سر اس" دُبدا" (مسئلے) سے نکلنے کی آرزو بهی
ہےاور اس بے چينی اور پيچيدگی سے نکلنے کو جی بهی نہيں چاہتا، ہم کيا کريں- ہم کچه اس طرح سے
اس کے اندر گِهرے ہوئے ہوتے ہيں، ہم يہ آرزو کرتے ہيں اور ہماری تمنّا يہ ہے کہ ہم سب حالات کو
سمجهتے جانتے، پہچانتے ہوئے کسی نہ کسی طرح سے کوئی ايسا راستہ کوئی ايسا دروازہ ڈهونڈ نکاليں،
جس سے ٹهنڈی ہوا آتی ہو- يا ہم باہر نکليں يا ہوا کو اندر آنے ديں، ليکن يہ ہمارے مقدّر ميں آتا نہيں ہے-
کے درميان ايک عجيب طرح کا رشتہ ہے جسے بابا بدها يہ کہتا ہے کہ Desire اس ليے کہ ہمارے اور
جب تک خواہش اندر سے نہيں نکلے گی (چاہے اچهی کيوں نہ ہو) اُس وقت تک دل بے چين رہے گا- جب
انسان اس خواہش کو ڈهيلا چهوڑ دے گا اور کہے گا کہ جو بهی راستہ ہے، جو بهی طے کيا گيا ہے ميں
اُس کی طرف چلتا چلا جاؤں گا، چاہے ايسی خواہش ہی کيوں نہ ہو کہ ميں ايک اچها رائٹر يا پينٹر بن جاؤں
يا ميں ايک اچها" اچها" بن جاؤں- جب انسان خواہش کی شدّت کو ڈهيلا چهوڑ کر بغير کوئی اعلان کئے
بغير خط کشيدہ کئے يا لائن کهينچے چلتا جائے تو پهر آسانی ملے گی-
ايک گاؤں کا بندہ تها، اسے نمبر دار کہہ ليں يا زيلدار اُس کو خواب آيا کہ کل ايک شخص گاؤں کے باہر
آئے گا، وہ جنگل ميں ہو گا اور اُس کے پاس دنيا کا سب سے قيمتی ہيرا ہو گا اور اگر کسی ميں ہمّت ہے
اور اُس سے وہ ہيرا لے سکے تو حاصل کر لے- چنانچہ وہ شخص جنگل ميں گيا اور حيرانی کی بات يہ
ہے کہ ايک درخت کے نيچے واقعی ايک بُدهو سا آدمی بيٹها ہوتا ہے، اُس نے جا کر اُس شخص سے کہا
کہ تيرے پاس ہيرا ہے، اُس نے جواب ديا، نہيں ميرے پاس تو کوئی ہيرا نہيں- اُس نے کہا کہ مجهے خواب
آيا ہے کہ تيرے پاس ايک ہيرا ہے- اُس نے پهر نفی ميںجواب ديا کہ نہيں اور کہا کہ ميرے پاس ميرا ايک
تهيلا ہے" گتُهلہ" اس کے اندر ميری ٹوپی، چادر، بانسری اور کچه کهانے کے ليے سُوکهی روٹياں ہيں،
گاؤں کے شخص نے کہا، نہيں تم نے ضرور ہيرا چهپايا ہوا ہے، اس پر اُس پرديسی نے کہا کہ نہيں ميں
کوئی چيز چهپاتا نہيں ہوں اور ہيرے کی تلاش ميں آنے والے کی بے چينی کو ديکها (جيسا مجه ميں اور
جيکی ميں بے چينی ہے) اور تهيلے ميں ہاته ڈال کر کہا کہ جب ميں کل اس طرف آرہا تها تو راستے ميں
مجهے يہ پتهر کا ايک خوبصورت،چمکدار ٹُکڑا ملا ہے- يہ ميں نے تهيلے ميں رکه ليا تها- اُس شخص نے
بے قراری سے کہا، بيوقوف آدمی يہی تو ہيرا ہے تو اُس نے کہا ، اس کا ميں نے کيا کرنا ہے تُو لے جا-
وہ اُس پتهرکو لے گيا- وہ گاؤں کا شخص ہيرا پا کر ساری رات سو نہ سکا، کبهی اسے ديکهتا، کبهی ديوار
سے ڈهو لگا کر پهر آنکهيں بند کر ليتا اور پهر اسے نکال کر ديکهنے لگتا- ساری رات اسی بے چينی ميں
گُزر گئی-
صبح ہوئی تو لوٹ کر اُس شخص کے پاس گيا، وہ يسے ہی آلتی پالتی مارے بيٹها تها- اُس نے ديکه کر کہا،
اب ميرے پاس کيا مانگنے آيا ہے- اُس نے کہا، ميں تيرے پاس وہ اطمينان مانگنے آيا ہوں جو اتنا بڑا،
قيمتی ہيرا دے کر تجهے نصيب ہے اور تُو آرام سے بيٹها ہوا ہے، تيرے اندر بے چينی کيوں پيدا نہيں
ہوئی- اُس نے جواب ديا کہ مجهے تو معلوم ہی نہيں کہ بے چينی کس طرح پيدا ہوتی ہے اور کيسے کی
جاتی ہے! اُس گاؤں کے شخص نے کہا تو آجا اور ہمارے گاؤں ميں رہ کے ديکه- ميں تجهے اس بات کی
ٹريننگ دوں گا اور بتاؤں گا کہ بے چينی کس چيز کا نام ہے- ليکن وہ انکار کر گيا اور کہا کہ ميرا راستہ
کچه اور طرح کا ہے- تُو يہ ہيرا رکه اپنے پاس- اُس نے پهر کہا کہ گو ميں نے تم سے يہ ہيرا لے ليا ہے،
ليکن ميری بےچينی کم ہونے کی بجائے بڑه گئی ہے- ميں اس پريشانی ميں مُبتلا ہو گيا ہوں کہ ايسا کس
طرح اور کيسے ہو سکتا ہے جيسے تُو نے کر ديا ہے-اب ميں وہاں سے آتو گيا ہوں اور ميں اپنے گهر ميں
ہوں ليکن ميرے اندر کا"جيکی" وہ اس طرح سے آدها پانی ميں بهيگا ہوا۔ لعاب گراتا ہوا، اس بے چينی
کے ساته گهوم رہا ہے اور اُس کو وہ سکون نصيب نہيں ہوا، جو ہونا چاہيے تهااور ميں اپنی تمام تر کوشش
کے باوصف اس خواہش سے، اس آرزو سے، اس تمنّا سے چهٹکارا حاصل نہيں کر سکا، باہر نہيں نکل
سکا جو اس عمر ميں جو کہ ايک بڑی عمر ہے، نکل جانا چاہيے تها- ميں سڑک پر باہر نکل کر ديکهتا
ہوں تو پريشانی کے عالم ميں بہت سارے جيکی ميرے شہر کی سڑکوں پر بے چينی کے عالم ميں بهاگ
رہے ہوتے ہيں- وہ بهی ميرے جيسے ہی ہيں- ان کے اندر بهی يہ بيماری چلی جا رہی ہےاور بڑهتی چلی
جا رہی ہے- ميں لوٹ کر آگيا ہوں اور اس وقت اپنے وجود کی کهڑکی ميں آرزو کے پنجے رکه کر باہر
ديکه رہا ہوں اور ہر آنے جانے والی چيز کو ديکه رہا ہوں اور حاصل کرنے والی چيز کے ليے بڑی شدّت
کے ساته دُم ہلا رہا ہوں- ميری کوئی مدد نہيں کرتا، کوئی آگے نہيں بڑهتا حالانکہ ميری خواہش يہ ہے کہ
ايسے لوگ مجهے بهی مليں جن کے تهيلے ميں وہ من موہنا ہيرا ہو جو لوگوں کو ديکه چکنے کے بعد کچه
عطا کر ديتا ہے- اب جبکہ ميں بڑا بے چين ہوں اور اس عمر ميں يہ بےچينی زيادہ بڑه گئی ہے تو ميں
سمجهتا ہوں کہ اس ميں ايک بڑا حصّہ ملٹی نيشنل کا بهی ہے- پہلے يہ چيزيں نہيں تهيں-
ايک صبح جب ميں جاگا اور ميں باہر نکلا تو ميرے شہر کے دروديوار بدل گئے-اُن کے اوپر اتنے بڑے

پڑتا ہے کہ ميں پيسے بچا بچا کر رکهتا ہوں- ميرا پوتا کہتا ہے کہ دادا اس کی ميں فوٹو اسٹيٹ کروا لاتا
ہوں- فلاں چيز کی بهی ہو جائے- وغيرہ وغيرہ- جب ميں کسی دفتر ميں جاتا ہوں اور ميں وہا ں جا کر
چاہيے تو سب سے پہلے وہ کہتے ہيں کہ جی اس کی Date of Birth عرضی ديتا ہوں کہ جناب مجے اپنی
دو فوٹو اسٹيٹ کروا لائيں- بهئی کيوں کروا لاؤں؟ کہتے ہيں اس کا مجهے نہيں پتہ، بس فوٹو اسٹيٹ ہونا
چاہئے- آپ يقين کريں کہ جب ميں بی اے ميں پڑهتا تها ، بہت دير کی بات ہے تو وہاں ہمارا ايک سِکه
دوست ہرونت سنگه تها،اُس نے مجهے کہا ہتهيلی آگے بڑها، ميں نے ہتهيلی آگے بڑهائی- اُس نے ايک
گندی ليس دار چيز ميری ہتهيلی پر لگا دی- ميں نے کہا"ظالما! يہ تُو نے کيا کِيا، سکها"- اُس نے کہا، اس
پر پانی گرا اور سر پر مَل اور پهر ديکه- ميں نے اس پر پانی گرا کر سر پر مَلا تو" پهپها پهپ" جاگ ہو
گئی، کہنے لگا اس کو شيمپو کہتے ہيں-ہم تو اُس وقت لال صابن سے نہاتے تهے- اُس نے کہا يہ ميرے
چاچے نے لندن سے بهيجی ہے-
ديکهتا ہوں تو مجهے يہ پتہ چلتا Advertisement ہمارے مُلک ميں شام کے وقت جب ميں اپنے ٹی وی پر
ہے کہ ميرے مُلک کا سب سے بڑا مسئلہ يہ ہے کہ کون سا شيمپو استعمال کيا جائے- ايک لڑکی کہتی ہے،
خبردار جوئيں پڑ جائيں گی، وہ شيمپو نہيں لگانا- دوسری کہتی ہے، نہيں ميں تو"ٹيکافوری" لگاتی ہوں-وہ
کہتی ہے، مت لگا، ٹيکا فوری خراب ہوتا ہے-"چوچا چوچی" کا اچها ہے- ميرے سارے بچّےکہتے ہيں،
ہميں فلاں شيمپو چاہئے- ميرا ايک پوتا مجه سے کہتا ہے کہ دادا تم خُدا کے فضل سے بڑے صحت مند
آدمی ہو، الله کے واسطے يہ پانی مت پيو جو تم 78 برس سے پيتے آرہے ہو- تم منرل واٹر پيو، يہ بالکل
ہوتا ہے- اُس کے کہنے کا مطلب شايد يہ ہوتا ہے کہ اس کے پينے والا زندہ رہتا ہے- Pure Water
دوسرے سب فوت ہوئے پڑے ہيں!! اس سب کے ساته ساته مجهے رونا بهی آ رہا ہے کہ ميں اپنے يوٹيليٹی
بلز پر دباؤ ڈالتا ہوں اور ان پرکُڑهتا ہوں- ميرا اس ميں کوئی قصور نہيں- يوٹيليٹی بل بهيجنے والوں کا بهی
کا دائرہ اتنی دُور تک پهيل گيا ہے اور Desires کوئی قصور نہيں- قصور ميری خواہشات کا ہے، ميری
وہ ميرے اختيار ميں بالکل نہيں رہا- ميں کتنی بهی کوشش کيوں نہ کر لوں، ميں اس دائرے کے اندر نہيں آ
سکتا- بار بار مجهے يہ کہا جا رہا ہے کہ يہ بهی تمہارے استعمال کی چيز ہے- وہ بهی تمہارے استعمال
کی چيز ہے اور جب تک تم اسے استعمال ميں نہيں لاؤ گے، اُس وقت تک کچه نہيں ہو سکتا-
1948 ء ميں ہم نے ايک فريج خريدا،کيونکہ ميری بيوی کہتی تهی کہ فريج ضرور لينا يہ دُنيا کی سب سے
قيمتی اور اعلٰیٰ درجے کی چيز ہے- ہمارے خاندان ميں کسی کے پاس فريج نہيں تها- وہ ہمارے گهر سالم
تانگے کروا کر فريج ديکهنے آتے تهے کہ سُبحان الله کيا کمال کی چيز ہے- ميری بيوی انہيں دکهاتی تهی
کہ ديکهو ڈهکنا کُهلا ہے اور اس ميں ساری چيزيں پڑی ہيں اور ان پر روشنی پڑ رہی ہے- ساری چيخيں
مارتی تهيں کہ آپا جی بتّی جلتی رہے گی- تو وہ کہتی" ہے ہے! جب دروازہ بند ہوگا توبتّی خود بخود بجه
جائے گی- اس ميں يہ کمال ہے-" تو وہ ساری بيچارياں دست بستہ ہو کر ڈر کے پيچهے ہو کر کهڑی ہو
جاتيں- ميں نے اپنی بيوی سے کہا کہ يہ فريج تو آ گيا ہے اس کے ساته کی ساری نيگٹيؤ چيزيں بهی آئيں
گی- اُس نے کہا، نہيں يہ بڑی مُفيد چيز ہے-
اگلے روز عيد تهی- جب ميں نمازِ عيد پڑه کے صوفی غلام مُصطفٰی تبسّم کے گهر کے آگے سے گُزرا تو
گهروں ميں صفائی کرنے والی دو بيبياں جا رہی تهيں، ميں اُن کے پيچهے پيچهے چل رہا تها- ايک نے
دوسری سے پوچها کہ اس بی بی نے تجهے کتنا گوشت ديا ہے- تو اُس نے کہا، دفع دُور! اُس نے ٹهنڈی
الماری خريد لی ہے، سارا بکرا کاٹ کے اندر رکه ديا ہے، کچه بهی نہيں ديا- اب آپ لوگ ميرا بندوبست
کرو کہ ميں اپنے آپ کو کيسے بچاؤں- ميں جتنی دير بهی اور زندہ رہنا چاہتا ہوں، خوش دلی اور خوش
بختی کے ساته زندہ رہنا چاہتا ہوں-مجه پر ايسا دباؤ نہ ڈالو، ميں محسوس کرتا ہوں کہ جيکی ميرے مُقابلے
ميں اب زيادہ پُرسکون ہو گيا ہے، يہ بات شايد اب سمجه ميں آگئی ہو جبکہ ميں اِرد گِرد بهاگا پهرتا ہوں اور

Oracle DBA with 6+ years of experience & Agile (scrum-based) development environment experience

Project description:
In terms of roles/responsibilities, all of the technical roles will involve being designers/developers in a distributed Agile (scrum-based)

development environment.
Scrum teams consist of ~6-8 team members with 3-5 developers, plus a scrum master, functional arch and test/QA managers.
Each Scrum team works very closely on 2 week development sprints.
There is considerable interaction with business partners and business representatives.
Production Releases occur every month in an integrated fashion and the scrum teams are responsible for release planning, execution (with assistance from the infrastructure teams) as well as post-release validation and post-production warranty break/fix efforts.
In lieu of detailed specs/design docs, developers in this environment are expected to work within Continuous Integration frameworks and there is a major focus on developing automated unit tests and documented code coverage.
Developers must be able to provide expected task descriptions and associated LOEs at the start of each sprint.
Team members are expected to attend daily stand up meetings providing real-time status and any impediments.
Scrum teams are largely self-directed and individuals must be very proactive at all times.
