You are absolutely right, however it is bad luck of VU or Good luck of Pakistan that VU gives admission to every applicant. So part time/doing jobs/rejected student from other universities gets admission in VU, then who any one can think that they will compete with full time student from high rank universities. Infect I personally absorbed that a graduate from VU (who work like a real student/don't copy assignments and do quiz/GDBs sincerely) is much better then a student any where in Pakistan. Even you can't believe, out of 20 student( from FAST,MAJU,Bahria etc) in a competition on Software Engineering both topers will be from VU's. So if you devote yourself for studies then can compete any one.

Objectives:

As a developer, the individual should be able to perform software construction, including preparation of new software, reuse of existing code, modification of existing programs, or integration of purchased applications.

Perform unit testing and debugging.

Work with business analysts, other team members and clients to review the business requirements and prepare technical design documents, including the documentation of extended use cases, class diagrams, collaboration diagrams, sequence diagrams and non-functional and functional prototypes, as needed.
