Requirements:
I've looked over the resumes you've gotten in and they're all too senior for what we're looking for. The specs for the job may have changed since the req was first created. We're looking for a more junior PM, preferably someone coming from a database background with experience in Oracle, Sybase, MS/SQL and DB2 (as many as possible). The person will also be doing a good amount of coding in VB, so we also need to focus on that requirement as well.

Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Provide detail design documentation, development, unit testing and maintenance of internally developed applications and externally purchased software products

Code to and create Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)

Write detailed technical specifications for subsystems and identify integration points

Estimate project timelines and resources required to complete programming projects

Perform unit testing and debugging and set test conditions based on code specifications

Support application throughout the Product Development life cycle

Coordinate with areas for integration architecture solutions and determine the integration approach

Review and conduct vendor research and product gap analysis comparison

Job Requirements: (candidates would have to have all of these to be considered)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

6 or more years of demonstrated development experience with 1 or more years in a technical lead role

Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle, product development methodologies, database Methodologies, system integration

Experience with Unix or NT operating systems

Knowledge of coding design and documentation protocol, unit testing, change management and release procedures

Experience developing in Java

Websphere experience

Experience working with Use cases, Object Oriented Analysis, Design models and Design patterns
