Job Description:	Consult with the business and identify IT solutions to for business processes (manual and automated) in health, life and dental. Conduct requirements gathering session, Create Use cases, Conduct JAD and JAR sessions. Perform System analysis on IST (individual sales tool), ABSS (agent portal), SalesForce, eHealth applications, utilizing SQL for data mapping and data validation.
Job Requirements:	Specialize in J2ee, xml, web and mobile...Involves security and PHI....Strong verbal and written communication skills required...Strong client relationships...Knowledge of new health non core products.... Knowledge of health care exchanges...The candidate should have knowledge of online applications with shopping features. ...Knowledge of SAlesforce.com, eHealth and agent and consumer shopping and apply systems

Must be VERY Strong in T-SQL

Duties and Responsibilities:

Design, develop and support OLTP databases
Write and debug ETL processes for data migration to from legacy OTLP databases to new
Create and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers and views
Work with MS SQL, DTS, SSIS and 3rd party data management tools
Organize and prepare SQL documentation for new processes and changes to existing projects
Perform ETL and SQL performance tuning
Coordinate activities with remote development and DBA support teams
Collaborate with and act as subject matter expert for project and support team members on database design, data population and maintenance
Coordinate with business and technical teams to gather project requirements, author concise functional/technical documentation and provide status and project updates

Required:

Comprehensive knowledge in the following areas: SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers and views, MS SQL, DTS, SSIS environment
