QUALITY SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

* Creates, develops, evaluates, guides and/or conducts studies or
pilots that effectively develop and/or apply new elements or customer
specific requirements to the quality management system. Serves as
representative, on both the Quality Management System Team and
assigned area(s) to ensure compliance to new or current quality system
requirements. * Analyzes, interprets and recommends/applies quality
system requirements to obtain and maintain customer and registrar
approval of our quality system. This requires quality system
expertise, business knowledge and the ability to interpret and
communicate customer needs throughout relevant areas of the business
and to obtain agreement in the business to meet these needs. *
Facilitates, mentors, and promotes deep root cause analysis and
effective corrective actions for customer problems. Leads or
facilitates large complex cross-functional teams to ensure effective,
timely completion of claim responses through technical services and
sales to our customers. * Mentors others in quality system and
performance analysis to focus quality efforts in the business on those
things that directly contribute to meeting business goals and
objectives. Analyzing and reporting of manufacturing information such
as yield, cost of quality, complaints, CAR/PAR's, etc. to determine
and recommend where to best apply resources for improvement of
business results and to satisfy customers. *

Desired Requirements:

* Comprehensive working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 Six
Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification * Strong statistical
training & experience * Basic Steel product and processing knowledge *
Strong writing, presentation, and people skills * ASQ Certification *
Masters degree in business or technical field with 8+ yrs relevant
quality systems experience.

Minimum Requirements: High School diploma with minimum of 10 years
experience; Associates Degree in Technical with 5-10 years experience
Bachelors Degree in Business or Technical with 1-5 years experience.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Project management training and/or experience problem solving training
and/or experience ISO 9001 training.

Client is looking for Technical lead - Port St. Lucie, Florida. This is for a long-term Contract position. The Hourly rate is DOE.

Principal Function:

This position is responsible for leading the PEGA development efforts of the Liberty Business Innovation Center . Design, develop, implement, and maintain new business application using PEGA framework. Provide direction and management to development staff and supervise the development phases of all new and existing projects.

Essential Duties:

(Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned)

1. Responsible for managing major projects as well as multiple mid/small projects in a PEGA environment.

2. Manage all aspects of the project including development, implementation, and maintenance using traditional SDLC methodologies.

3. Follow and adhere to all CMI guidelines and aadopt all policy and procedures supporting SDLC/CMMI.

4. Establish and maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, senior management, and other contacts.

5. Manage team members work assignments, conduct technical training, mentor existing personnel. Evaluate individual team member performance against company standards and complete timely and quality reviews.

6. Identify process improvements and best practices across projects and department objectives. Strong technical skills required both to aid in technical architecture design and coding to help meet project deadlines.

7. Guide the development and maintainance of project work plans status, schedules and deliverables.

8. Maintain and manage an acceptable level of service for each business application area. This service level includes response time; availability, ticket/defect triage; and information and user access controls.

9. Support departmental initiatives for organizational growth and grow staff to assure maintenance of a viable succession plan.

10. Lead, manage and motivate application development teams in the support and enhancement of software running in a high volume production environment.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Education/Experience:

BA/BS required; Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent desirable; and ten plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: (List the licenses, certificates or registrations that are required to perform the essential duties of this job).

Computer Skills

Required:

1. PEGA systems frameworks. Good understanding of other development environments (e.g., UNIX, Java, and web development techniques).

2. Relational Database Design skills would be helpful

3. In-depth knowledge of transactional client-server programming

4. Good understanding of software architecture and the ability to work with lead engineers at a technical level to design flexible, scalable, and secure systems.

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

TEST ENGINEER, PRINCIPAL

* Identifies creative methods to reduce test time, without reducing
test coverage, on subsequent * product generations. * Develops complex
