9. Usage of all portals like Portals -Dice, Monster, Dice, Monster & CareerBuilder, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals, cold calls and direct mailing & resume.
10. Negotiating & finalizing salary / rate / hr aspects (W2 & Corp-Corp) with U.S. Citizens, GC. etc.
11. Achieve Targets.
