JD: Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business analysts and designers in the development of a rich J2EE based UI and business component development
Research, document, design and implement program requirements and specifications.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.

Required Skills/Experience
5+ years experience developing Java and Java EE based enterprise applications.
Proven experience implementing mission critical applications that have been deployed to production environments is a must (Developers in Maintenance roles not desired).
Financial Services industry experience is desired.
Strong development experience with Servlets, Spring, EJB 3, and Hibernate, is a must.
Knowledge of handling XML messages in Java
