2. Strong written and communication skills are must with the ability to transform complex business requirements into technical specifications

3. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline or equivalent work experience will

4. Must have at least 4 years of experience in developing software with experience in

a. Writing sql query and navigating database

b. Java, c/C++ or some other software language

c. Creating Unit test cases and execute them

5. Must have 6+ years of interaction with end users to understand and document business and functional requirements for complex projects, as well as collaborating with technical teams across the full software development life cycle.

6. Must have 6+ years of Developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.

7. Minimum of six (6) years¡¦ experience with the analysis and redesign of business processes

8. Proven experience in designing and making holistic changes to complex systems

 

Following skills would be a PLUS

1. Data modeling experience working with stake holder to design a data model, and maintaining a logical and physical data model

2. UML expertise e.g. State charts, Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Component Diagrams and experience with the Rational Software Architect or Rational Software Modeler

3. healthcare experience, including functional knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and private health insurance plans

4. Experience with some or all of the following is strongly preferred:

Functional requirements gathering for health information technology, preferably with Eligibility and/or Enrollment systems.

Experience with business process models and/or use cases.

Advising state government agencies on health and insurance related matters.

English Translation of Al-Quran

[27].Surah Al-Naml [The Ants]

Ayat 67. And those who disbelieve say: "When we have become dust, we and our fathers, shall we really be brought forth (again)?

Ayat 68. "Indeed we were promised this, we and our forefathers before, Verily, these are nothing but tales of ancients."

Tafseer of Surah Al Naml (The Ants) Ayat 67 and 68. The Unbelievers say: "What! when we become dust,-we and our fathers,- shall we really be raised (from the dead)? "It is true we were promised this,- we and our fathers before (us): these are nothing but tales of the ancients."

 

English Translation of Hadith  

Hazrat Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah [SAWW](PBUH) said,  "Between the two Blowing of the Trumpet there will be an interval of forty.'' The people said, "O Abu Hurairah! Do you mean forty days?'' He said, "I cannot say anything.'' They said, "Do you mean forty years?'' He said, "I cannot say anything.'' They said, "Do you mean forty months?'' He said, "I cannot say anything. The Prophet  [SAWW](PBUH) added: `Everything of the human body will perish except the last coccyx bone (end part of the spinal cord), and from that bone Allah will reconstruct the whole body. Then Allah will send down water from the sky and people will grow like green vegetables'.''

[Al-Bukhari Volume 6, Book 60, Number 457].  

Lesson : as mentioned above in Surah Al-Naml Ayat 67. “those who disbelieve say: "When we have become dust, we and our fathers, shall we really be brought forth (again)?” 1. When Israfil blows the Trumpet the first time, by Allah's Leave, all those who are in the heavens and on earth will swoon away, except him whom Allah will. This will be the first Blowing. Then, it will be blown a second time, they will become alive and will emerge from their graves. These Blowing are known as the `Blowing of Fainting and Rising'. As regard the interval between these two Blowing, the narrator of the narration, Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him), could not say anything when he was asked about it; as he himself did not know it. But in other narrations the interval has been mentioned as forty years.

2. The earth eats away the whole body of humans except the bodies of the Prophets. However, only the end part of the spinal cord remains intact. How it remains intact is known to Allah, but from it mankind will be created again.

3. Bodies will rise from the earth as vegetation springs out from the earth after the rainfall.
