Position:                SharePoint / MOSS Developer

Location:               Foster City, CA

Length:                  6 months w/option for additional time

Start Date:            ASAP

 

Overview:

Our client is looking for SharePoint-Moss consultant to develop SharePoint Web Parts to return content and issue queries and present results.

 

Requirements:

1.      Must have 2-3+ years C# and SharePoint experience including formal full life-cycle using one of the following or more products:

a.      Development of custom web parts

b.      MOSS workflow,

c.       Customizing MOSS style sheets,

2.      SharePoint 2010 object model knowledge (prior experience with SharePoint 2010 would be a huge plus

3.      FAST ESP Search Web parts-huge plus

4.      Must have proven experience implementing portal technologies (partner, employee, and/or customer portals) and web enabled applications for mid to large size organizations.

5.      Consultant must have 1-3 years experience in creation of SharePoint Web Parts in C# development experience.

a.      Proficient in the creation and use of Web Services.

b.      SharePoint object model to programmatically manipulate SharePoint list items.

c.       Strong XML/XSL development experience.

6.      Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.

7.      Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator.

8.      Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of this project.
