Loyalty Analyst  (Functional)
Work as the liaison between business marketing departments and development
Establish and document designs that meet business requirements
Participate in Testing, Training and Deployment
Partner with other IT projects in the Marketing Space (recognize and manage overlaps, synergies)
Build efficiencies into the Loyalty processes and procedures
