Job Title : Oracle Customer Care & Billing
Location : Los Angeles, California
Duration : 3-4 months contract

Minimum Requirements:
Customer Care and Billing experience MUST
CC&B consultant ( customer & billing)
A CC&B technical person with 2+ years experience using CC&B (preferably on release 2.2 or higher)
Be able to rapidly troubleshoot issues with the entire Oracle proprietary Customer Care and Billing software (not generic billing software using an Oracle data base)
Know and be able to support all the backend components of the CC&B system (e.g. Cobol, Java, Algorithms, Plug-ins, etc.) – aka, the ability to debug and code in these
Know the architecture and how to configure the CC&B application
Know the data structure – the relationship of the tables in CC&B
Should possess good testing experience
May develop reports to do miscellaneous work which will include testing CC&B modules, leading the testing group, debugging, UAT, some coding of rework, user support and documentation.
