Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying qualified technical resources for our clients open contractor positions
- Reviewing resumes
- Contacting the resource and conduct initial screening (overall qualification, communication skills)
- Reference checking
- Formatting resumes
- Candidate follow up
- Setting up Interview and more…
Experience / Skills Required:
- Recent experience recruiting for staffing firms is a MUST for this position
- Minimum of 1+ years of successful recruiting experience with a proven track record of setting, achieving and exceeding assigned goals
- Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
- Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements
- Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple high priority requirements at any given time
- Must be able to effectively manage and prioritize a high volume requisition workload
- Must have broad overall knowledge of technical terminology
- Proven ability to cultivate relationships with technical professionals
- Must be familiar with social networking techniques
- Must have strong organization skills and ability to multitask
- Must be an exceptional team player with excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive team environment
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Competent in all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle
- Strong existing network of technical resources preferred
- Must be well versed with all leading technologies like SAP, Oracle, Java, .NET etc
- Must be familiar with US Tax terms (Corp to Corp, 1099, W-2 etc)
- Must be willing to put standard US Central time hours (Night Shift)
- Manage relationships with recruitment vendors.
- Ability to work unsupervised but also be part of a team environment.
