• Support task related to Purchase order creation/Message Output /Pricing/ Release Strategy

• Support task on Master data : Material Master ,Bill of Materials, Vendor Master, Info Record, Source List and Partner function.

• Intercompany STO / Scheduling agreement process

• Support on Workflow Process in Material Master

• Providing solution approach and implementing solutions for long pending repetitive issue

• Proactively Identifying the Process GAP's, Implementing the appropriate Business Process and Educating the User group

• IDOC Monitoring with respective to Inbound ASN's

• Coordinating with  Buyers, Business Units Heads and Contract manufacturer's

• Sending communication to CM's on all kinds of process/data issues

• Coordinating with  XI and NW team to all kinds of interface / technical issues

• Support on HU Unit Management

• Support on Shipping Process related to Inbound and Outbound

• Serial Number Management

• Supporting the Custom Developed Business Process to collect the data from CM and Sending to End Customer

• Physical Inventory process in IM & WM

• Custom Development & support with respect to WM RF Transactions.

• Providing Solution Approach of Ongoing Enhancement Projects in Logistic  Area.

• Training the user on some of the repetitive critical issues and providing training Documents

• Support on Roles and Authorization Management – Creation / Change
