Need Health Care experience:
Implement new enhancements as per the defined requirements or bug-fixes, using .Net thin client and SSIS/DTS Packages
· Work closely with business users and system analysts to understand and help define application and technical requirements. Help ensure that these requirements tie back to the established business requirements and performance goals and that the technical direction is

· Work closely with business users and system analysts to understand and help define application and technical requirements. Help ensure that these requirements tie back to the established business requirements and performance goals and that the technical direction is
consistent with Apria's long-term direction
· Follow development standards and procedures; ensure compliance with standards and procedures defined by Apria development team
· Communicate with the Development manager issues that may affect coding, system integration and system testing areas of committed

· Work with architect team to design software changes and new functionality
· Review application and technical deliverables throughout development to ensure completeness, consistency, quality and requirement

traceability; ensure that development standards are followed, including code reviews and unit testing
· Track defects and enhancement requests in ITIL-based application
· Work closely with QA group while QA is testing system changes
· Attend weekly development status meeting and provide detailed status report.
· Perform other related duties as directed by Development manager.
Requiered Skills: 3 – 5 years .Net (C#) thin client and SSIS/DTS Packages.
Overall SDLC and basic project management experience a must.
Excellent oral and written communication
