Position: ASP.NET Developer Location: Tallahassee, FL Duration: 4/01/2011 - 10/31/2011 (possible 36 month renewal)   Skill Matrix Attached   I need resume and Skill Matrix and 2-3 references   Purpose The Department of Health (DOH) Division of Information Technology, Bureau of Application Development and Support requests an ASP.NET Developer on a time and materials basis, to perform maintenance on the department's Sexual Violence Data Registry Application.   Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: Ø  Rational Unified Process 1+ years requested not required Ø  Rational Enterprise tool suite 1+ Years requested not required Ø  Previous experience with health care systems a plus   Required: Ø  8+ years software development experience required Ø  ASP or other Microsoft web-based platform 3+ years required Ø  SQL Server 3+ years required Ø  ASP.NET 2+ years required Ø  Business/Systems Analysis 1+ years required Ø  Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ø  Ability to communicate effectively with technical and user staff Ø  Demonstrated experience working as part of a software development team in various capacities including business/systems analysis, database design, application programming, testing Ø  Demonstrated experience with the programming of web-based applications   3.     Tasks For the Sexual Violence Data Registry application, the developer will provide the following tasks:   Required: Ø  Report to the DOH Data Processing Manager Ø  Work directly with the Sexual Violence Prevention Program and other technical team members to design, develop and maintain the ASP.NET web-based software application Ø  Design, develop and maintain SQL server databases Ø  Develop project artifacts and application documentation Ø  Analyze data for the application Ø  Attend requirements and joint DOH application development meetings Ø  Develop and document system design Ø  Create visual models using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) contained the Rational Roseä tool and/or the ERStudio data modeling tool Ø  Produce fully tested application code Ø  Produce status reports as requested or required Ø  Produce other deliverables as determined Ø  Develop documentation as requested Ø  Develop timelines as requested
