Job Title: Business Analyst with Spanish & English (written and oral)

Contract Term: 3 months Contract
Location: Bentonville, AR

 

They need a bi-lingual BA (English and Spanish knowledge)

The skill set of the individual should include:

1)      Bi-lingual; Spanish & English – written and oral

2)      Preferably from retail background with some appreciation for pricing processes (Not a must though)

3)      Should understand the Spanish business language

4)      Ability to get up to speed in terms of understanding client business

5)      With strong facilitation skills – the ability to independently run and drive sessions with end business users, ability to drive the conversation to result in the desired outcome

6)      Ability to coordinate with multiple project stakeholders

7)      The individual would need to be in constant touch with and exchange information w/ US counterparts in a timely manner is not mandatory but would definitely help the individual execute the work more effectively
