I need a Sr Project Manager/Tech Lead a in Brandon, FL. 

The project is 12+ months  and starts May 2, 2011. 

Ideally, I need a Sr. Project Manager/Technical Lead who must have heavy hands on development experience.  Familiar with Agile SDLC, strong experience overseeing Java/J2EE teams and very large scale projects. Must have proven experience acting in a lead role on various projects. Must be able to take technical leadership and have strong communication skills. Must be able to understand multiple networks and interfacing.
