MUST HAVE PRODUCTION SUPPORT EXP- REPLACEMENT POSITION
Technical:
The resource will utilize skills in the following areas:
Adobe AIR, Flex 3.x, (Atleast 3+ years)
Java/J2EE, (Atleast 5+ years)
Action Script 2.0 and 3.0 (Atleast 3+ years)
CSS
SQL (Oracle / SQL Server)
SOAP
 
Leadership/SCRUM:
Good oral and written English.
Participates in all SCRUM meetings, acts as the lead developer on-site for the designated SCRUM team, resolves or escalates issues,

communicates per the agreed communications plan, ensures software meets agreed quality criteria, acts as liaison to other technical

resources at the client. as liaison to other technical resources..
Adobe certification a huge plus: Adobe Flex and AIR
 
Other skills - good to haves/pluses:
Java / J2EE certifications
Adobe Flex 4 / AIR 2
Experience with Parsley Java framework
Experience with Adobe LCES / LCDS
Telecom experience
Experience leading offshore development SCRUM teams
