Position: .NET Developer

Location: NEW HAMPSHIRE

Duration: 3-6+ Months

 

Here is a new requirement I need help with in NH. job Description:

One of our clients in NH is looking for a Senior .NET Developer with C# and WPF experience for a 3-6+ month project.  This candidate should have extensive experience of framework engineering and development, experience in design and implementing GUI components and widgets targeted for deployment on .NET platforms. This candidate will also be responsible for existing software support, the ability to identify and implement improvements in existing processes and the skills to effectively contribute to new and on-going development projects. Strong technical knowledge, excellent writing and communication skills and experience in all phases of application development are required. This candidate must have excellent skills in using technologies such as WPF, prism, C#, XML, VS, Soap, Web services, MEF and ClearCase.

Skills:

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in software engineering or equivalent.
• An expert working knowledge of Microsoft .NET platform as well as strong design and development skills in GUI components and widgets in WPF are required
• Experience with a number of the following technologies is strongly suggested: prism, Silverlight, Ibatis, MEF, XML, Soap Web service and ClearCase
• Agile experience is a must
• Approximately 10 years of framework software development experience are required along with a focused/driven attitude toward the support and development of mission critical systems
• The candidate should have some exposure to investing/banking technology sector
