•       SQL
•       Experience leading team of offshore developers

Other Skill requirements

Strong documentation skills (Process Flow, Functional and Technical Design)
Strong communication skills
Experience with DB2
Quick Learner
UNIX shell scripting experience (nice to have)
Teradata exerience (nice to have)

Daily Job duties

Initially will be expected to reverse engineer code and document current application behavior and update SME's on progress and findings at regular intervals
Will then be expected to contribute to the drafting and completion of Functional and Technical design documentation.
Lead off-shore team to develop and unit test portions of the Forecast and Replenishment Project.
Coordination with partner teams to ensure proper design and implementation of solution
