One of my client is looking for SAP HR Payroll Consultant. Location is St. Louis, MO. Rate is DOE.

 

The IT Payroll and Time Management team is responsible for providing support and delivering project work for Monsanto's Payroll function. Primary focus areas for Business Analysts in the IT Payroll and Time Management team consist of analysis, design, and implementation of solutions in SAP payroll processing, payroll forms and reporting (business intelligence), benefits and finance integration, security and vendor data management (data interfaces such as unemployment, work number, benefits, and tax information). This position functions as a liaison between our business partners and other IT functions, such as application development, security, and infrastructure.

 

Required Skills/Competencies:

 

Minimum of a BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Possess superior analytical skills and be able to think through complex, multidimensional problems. 

Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in team communication and working as an effective team member.

Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and the ability to work independently in a changing business environment.

Able to identify system solutions as well as communicate functional design specifications to vendors or other internal IT resources.

Have a strong customer focus and able to build and maintain effective relationships.

Be results oriented and able to drive issue resolution.

 

Required Technical Skills:

 

SAP Payroll – Payroll processing, forms, and reporting

Configuration of wage types, deductions, tax models, and garnishments

Customizing SAP Payroll using schemas, rules, functions, and operations

Database Knowledge
