FedEx is implementing Oracle E-business Suite for their new Services initiative. This implementation will cover EBS Depot Repair modules/data flow:

•          Service Request

•          Depot Repair

•          Discrete Manufacture

•          Order Management

•          Purchasing

•          Advanced Pricing

•          Oracle Financials

•          Service Contracts

•          Teleservices

Job Description

 

-           Min 6+ Years Experience in Oracle SCM/ CRM as functional/ technical/ techno-functional.

-           Proven experience in testing methodologies, quality assurance and industry practices

-           Proven expertise in implementation/ quality assurance of Oracle ERP/ Oracle CRM applications

-           Proven experience and functional knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain or Oracle CRM

-           Should have worked in implementation/ support (requirements gathering, interface development, minor and major modifications and testing etc) experience with at least 2 large Oracle EBS projects

-           Proven experience in managing multiple project/ operations simultaneously

-           Demonstrated leadership in the areas of business analysis, process design and quality    Assurance

-           Proven experience in leading and implementing process improvement initiatives

Desirable-

-           Experience in load/ stress/ network performance management will be an added advantage

-           Strong technical skills in testing tools - Quality Center, QTP, BPT etc

Responsibility

•          Create Test plans for a Oracle E-business suite service management implementation program.

•          Assess functional requirements,

•          Create functional test cases and scenarios,

•          Assist in User Acceptance Testing, Integration Testing,

•          Perform End to End functional testing.

•          Closely work with the implementation team and scope test strategies for modification, functional business process tests, and integration tests.

•          Manage and execute test cycles together with the FedEx development and implementation teams.

•          Assist in creating test data.
