Zindgi Ghor to kr is mai tera Dosh bhi hai,

Be-Jhijak peeta chla jaye mgr,Faash na ho,

May-Ksho tum mai koi aisa Blaa-Nosh bhi hai?

Sheikh Cheekha hai jo Mimbar pe zra si Pee kr,

Us ki Taqreer mai Jiddat hi nahi Josh bhi hai,

Ay Ghm-e-Zeest Tujhe "May" se Gulabi Kr doon,

Rang bhi Faaq hai Tera Aaj Tu Khamosh bhi hai...!! '

لذّت کی وجہ سے گناہ مت کرو کیوں کہ لذّت ختم ہو جاۓ گی پر گناہ باقی رہ جاۓ گا
  
اور مشقت کی وجہ سے نیکی مت چھوڑو کیوں کہ مشقت ختم ہو جاۓ گی پر نیکی باقی رہ جاۓ گی
