We currently have a Long Term Contracting opportunity for a QA Analyst client located in Colorado Springs, CO. rate is $30/hr.

 

Description:

Read and understand documentation for a project

Define the testing necessary for testing the various interfaces for project

End to end manual testing

Host meetings with development, IT project management, stakeholders and other test teams

Drive defect resolution

Status the project to executive management

 

Skills needed:

Strong reading, written and verbal communication skills (English)

Understanding of Quality Assurance Methodology

Must be highly organized, and able to run a team of testers for a common goal

Ability to multi-task is a must.

Must be willing to work extended hours and/or weekends if necessary

Have initiative to work without supervision, yet be a team player

Great attitude, and pride in work, proactive in follow-up, strong desire to learn

Microsoft Office skills, understanding of XML
