IT SQA, Test Analyst Manager-1101461
* Participates in SQA planning phase to ensure strategic and large
tactical projects are planned for SQA analysis activities * Provides
input on SQA Test Analysts work load and assignment * Facilitates SQA
Test Analysts team meetings and communicates meeting notes *
Accountable for defining/applying SQA best practices for Test Strategy/
Planning and Level of Effort / Estimation activities * Defines,
creates, maintains and communicates Test Analysis processes and
procedures * Reviews project plans to ensure adequate levels of review
to ensure quality delivery * Plans and tracks SQA analysis activities
to ensure all strategic and large tactical projects are supported by
the SQA Test Analyst team * Work as a team with other SQA teams to
improve efficiencies/reduce rework * Ensure all SQA Test Analyst
deliverables have are internally reviewed/updated (prior to cross
functional reviews) * Participate in project lessons learned; provide
feedback * Participate in cross functional improvement activities;
provide feedback * Continuously work improving test analysis
efficiency; collaborate with other SQA teams to get their buy-in
* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS or MBA * 15+ years in the
Information Technology industry (8+ years in Software Quality
Assurance with 5+ year in management role) * Experience in project SQA
planning and coordination activities * Experience using an established
SQA Methodology (SEI, IEEE, TQM, etc...) * Ability to effectively
communicate in a precise/manner; excellent oral/written communication
skills * Result driven individual with track record of delivering
product development artifacts on time with the highest quality *
Strategic thinker with vision and ability to see the big picture and
make a sound decision * Strong organizational skills * Excellent
understanding of various SDLC process including Agile development/
testing * Knowledge of SQA tools (such as Quality Center/processes) *
Certification as quality professional (preferred)
