Role Name:      Order Management And Routing (OMAR) Functional Analyst

 

Location: Troy, MI

Duration: 6 months

Rate: $45/hr – MAX --    Sure  short closer asap

 

Experience: 6 to 8 years.

 Job Description

·         Manages scope, functional and Non-functional requirement for the entire project;

·         Coordinates with technical team from the domain perspective;

·         Works in close co-ordination with design & delivery team;

·         Manages a team of Business Analysts;

·         Responsible for customer acceptance of solution;

·         Meets quality and process standards;

·         Able to come up with the complete process based on the problem statement of the customer;

·         Responsible for functional risk management and any issue resolution in the project;

·         Disassembling the system into subsystems or components;

·         Should be able to provide business process re-engineering solutions for the problems raised by the customer

Competency

·         Should be doing the similar role currently and having at least 8 years of work experience.

·         Exposure to at least one of the below

o   Oracle WAM

o   IBM Maximo

o   Custom build Asset & Maintenance Management

·         Absolute clarity in inter/intra module process integration

·         Ability to design solutions which are effective and are based on logic.

·         Ability to factor integration nuances at the time of functionality decision.

·         Relates with the overall project context and has ability to suggest options/recommends to customer as against seeking approval.

·         Demonstrates understanding and sensitivity of cross functional dependencies in project delivery

·         Team management

·         Does on time delivery and has /high dependability factor without follow ups.

·         Takes responsibility for resolving a crisis situation and sees that it comes to a logical conclusion (even if beyond one's direct deliverable)
