Mandatory Skills:
· Experience in Java / J2EE is mandatory
· Should have conceptual knowledge of Authentication, Authorization, User Management and Central User Repository (IAM Components)
· Hands-on experience in Novell IDM Product Suite to integrate and implement IAM for enterprise applications.
· Single Sign-On and Web Access Control, LDAP and Active Directory, Complete User Management (Roles, Policies, Authentication, Authorization, Security).
Behavioral Skills:
· High communication levels and ready to take ownership
· Adaptable, Pragmatic, Process Oriented
· Learn continuously
· Dynamic, committed, good team spirit
· Should be able to work independently and in team.
