Needs to be able take a concept with general direction and then own it with very little external assistance. 

·         JPA and equivalent

·         JSF 2.0 & facelets,

·         Richfaces & AJAX

·         JMS

·         Portal & portal themes

·         SOA

·         RAD and / or Eclipse

·         WebSphere Content Manager - preferred
