Interview Process: One Phone interview on Wednesday, January 18^th

This resource will be added to the reporting services team to provide additional reports development for the new SAS implementation. As a result of implementing the Next Gen projects (both the POS modernization and the SAS implementation) Beall's will have new functionality when it comes to real time reporting. This resource will be dedicated to the project and will be developing new reports that will better enable visibility into "real time" sales transaction data for the stores. This person must have strong experience with creating custom crystal reports, experience with SSRS and SSIS within a SQL 2008 environment and have experience coming from a heavy transactional environment. This person will be working directly with the Reporting Services Manager, the Director of Merchandise Systems as well as with the store systems' developers.

Minimum experience needed:
5+ years of Crystal Reports development experience.
2+ years of Crystal Reports 2008
5+ years of experience with SQL databases
1+ year of recent experience with SQL SSIS and SSRS. This person will be working independently and the more savvy they are within the database the better.
BONUS - experience with Business Objects scheduling.

 

Top Three:

1. 5+ Years of Crystal Reports AND SQL development exp. 2. 1+ year of experience with SQL SSRS 3. Real Time transactional experience with multiple data sources.
