 Must Have Skills:

§  BS in Computer Science or equivalent

§  Overall experience of at least 7+ years with 3+ years' experience in Remedy Development

§  Varied knowledge on ITSM (IT Service Management) and SRM (Service Request Management) products on the latest versions

§  Ability to perform requirements management, Design, Develop and Test

§  Strong problem solving skills

§  Excellent communications skills

• Will be working on Remedy Development
