·         o    New install, upgrade and migrations

·         o    Backup and recovery

·         o    Define process and integration

·         o    Documentation

·         o    Backup DBA for operational systems

·         o   Install, upgrade, and migrations

·         o    Troubleshooting and corrective actions

·         o    Space and account management

·         o    Database monitoring and reporting

·         o    SQL Performance and tuning

·         o    Backup and recovery

·         o    Capacity planning

·         o    Data load/unload and synchronization
