[Outsource:61215] Requirement: Senior J2EE Developer (2 openings) - Boston, MA

Location: Boston, MA

Duration: 6 months to start

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure successful delivery of an participate in all phases of development for existing and new systems, from planning, requirements gathering and design development, testing, deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Develop technical design specifications that conform to defined architectures for desired application enhancements.
• Contribute to data model design and implementation.
• Identify and resolve software issues
• Work closely with other members of the team including project managers, developers, systems and database experts.

Basic Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• Experience with Object Oriented Design and Analysis
• Ability to work alone and translate business requirements analysis into technical design specifications and development, and work comfortably in any layer of an application (GUI, Business Objects, Domain/Database).
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Java, SOAP, REST, SQL, JavaScript, Oracle
• UNIX, Windows
• Familiar with Spring, Hibernate

Additional Qualifications:

• Perl, Python and C a plus
• Apache, Tomcat, Weblogic, Websphere
• Source Code control systems like SVN/GIT
• Ability to learn next technology
